The rights of indigenous women and girls are a part of a larger worldwide pattern that limits IWG’s control over their lives, bodies, education, resources, environment, natural resources, political participation, and choices. These behaviors, along with others that fit this pattern, provide some of the most pressing and difficult issues of our day, issues that will have long-term effects on both population growth and political stability.
